We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Cashier and Receptionist for a full‑time, on‑site role located in Abu Dhabi. The responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers, managing transactions, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include maintaining the cash register, ensuring accurate billing, managing bookings for the playhouse, and keeping the reception area clean and organized. This role is pivotal in ensuring positive customer experiences and smooth daily operations at COCO Cafe and Playhouse.
Qualifications- Strong customer service and communication skills in both Arabic and English to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling cash registers, operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Organizational and time‑management skills for managing bookings and maintaining an orderly reception area.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for families and guests.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment and demonstrate adaptability.
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the hospitality/customer service industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge or interest in child‑friendly environments and family‑oriented services is an advantage.
