Are you energetic, professional, and passionate about delivering an exceptional member experience? We’re looking for a Front House Executive to join our team at MyPT – Mazyad Mall.

As a Front House Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and positive experience from the moment they walk in.

• Welcome and assist members and visitors
• Handle member inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Manage bookings, appointments, and daily front-desk operations
• Support membership sales and inquiries
• Handle phone calls, Whats App messages, and general communication
• Maintain accurate member records and front-desk administration
• Support the team with daily gym operations
• Build positive relationships with members and ensure their needs are addressed
• Ensure the reception area is organized, professional, and welcoming

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or fitness is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident personality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fitness environment
• Good English communication skills
• Sales and customer service experience is an advantage
• Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
