Architectural Engineer; UAE Preference : Filipino Nationals

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Architectural Engineer to join our team, bringing a wealth of experience in both architectural design and project management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ramp drawing and full bathroom designs, as well as the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and development of accessible ramp and full bathroom designs for both residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.
• Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and layouts for bathrooms and ramps, adhering to all relevant building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.
• Provide guidance and oversight on the integration of functional and aesthetic design elements, ensuring that client objectives are met.
• Participate in project planning, cost estimation, and timeline management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure design integrity and resolve any potential issues during the construction phase.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) and other relevant accessibility regulations in all ramp and bathroom designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design tools.
• Proven expertise in ramp drawing, accessibility standards (ADM), and bathroom design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
