Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

We are seeking a Senior Architect with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be design-driven, confident in client presentations and meetings, and well-versed in UAE regulations, particularly Abu Dhabi authority requirements.

This role requires strong architectural design expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept through coordination with consultants and stakeholders.

• Develop and present architectural design concepts aligned with client and project requirements.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
• Ensure designs comply with UAE and Abu Dhabi regulations and authority guidelines.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Review drawings and submissions to maintain design quality and compliance.
• Manage projects from concept through design coordination and approvals.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design.
• Specialization in concept design, design development, and presentations.
• Proven experience in client meetings and project presentations.
• Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency required).
• Knowledge of UAE and Abu Dhabi local authorities’ regulations, including the Municipal Electronic Permitting System (MePS).
• Revit knowledge is optional.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills with consultants and contractors.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
