** Ain Consulting Engineers (ACE) is currently seeking a
** Structural Design (Discipline Lead)
** to join our dynamic team in
** Egypt**.
* Lead and manage the structural design scope, ensuring quality, integrity, and compliance with project specifications.
* Coordinate with subconsultants, architectural, MEP, and infrastructure teams to integrate structural design seamlessly.
* Review and approve structural drawings, calculation reports, and design deliverables.
* Transmit all design deliverables to the Abu Dhabi main office for final review and client submission.
* Represent the structural discipline in design review meetings, coordination workshops, and authority submissions.
* Facilitate communication and resolve technical issues between the client and design teams.
* Monitor design progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to meet project milestones.
* Ensure all structural design activities align with local regulations, international standards, and client requirements.#### Requirements:
* Minimum 12–15 years of structural engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a lead/coordinator role on large-scale projects.
* Experience in managing subconsultants, multi-discipline coordination, and cross-office deliverable submission processes.
* Strong knowledge of structural design codes and standards (international and local).
* Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary design projects.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to review and approve complex structural design deliverables.
* Familiarity with structural software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, RAM, or similar) and BIM coordination.
* Experience in managing deliverable submission workflows between branch offices and main offices.#### Location Location Experience
