The role involves working on projects associated with Sewerage & Stormwater, Flood Alleviation, Wastewater Networks and Water distribution networks Pumping Station, Recycling Plant and rehabilitation works. This will involve undertaking investigations, planning, designing, tendering, contract administration and construction supervising & monitoring.

• Responsible for overall site Safety, health and environment management.
• Prepare site safety plan & procedures and implement safety policy.
• Conduct safety meetings at least once every month and conduct the site safety audit and report to management.
• Safety supervisors conduct safety training and other necessary training as fit by the management.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections and document them for reference. Consult with workers and management on the best approach to deliver a safe working environment for all workers.
• Conduct risk assessment program for the site work activities.
• Conduct audit for the site, contractor and sub-contractor, raise NCR, accident, incident report.
• Client service management and internal/external client liaison.
• Maintain health and safety environment at workplace.
• Other duties as requested from time to time by the Resident Engineer.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering in Health & Safety Management, Environmental Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Infrastructure Construction/Sewerage field work background.
• NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate or equivalent and other HSE related Diploma certification.
• OSHAD – Qudor Official Registration.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices, particularly in the UAE & Abu Dhabi.
• UAE Driving License.
