QA​/QC Engineer

We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer to manage quality assurance and control processes in interior fit-out projects. The role involves ensuring adherence to construction standards, managing inspections, handling non-conformance issues, and ensuring the integration of MEP systems, all while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes (BS, ASTM, ISO).
• Supervise the quality of fit-out materials (wood, gypsum, tiles, glass, steel) and processes.
• Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for fit-out works.
• Raise and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards (HSE).
• Collaborate with clients to meet specific interior fit-out requirements.
• Utilize project management tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6, and MS Project.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) (optional).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC management for interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and fit-out materials and systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
