We are seeking an experienced Structural BIM Modeler to join a leading structural engineering team focused on innovative and sustainable solutions. The candidate will contribute to BIM workflows across various structural projects, with emphasis on building accurate and coordinated BIM models using advanced tools.

• BIM Modeling & Development:
  Develop and manage 3D structural models in Revit from conceptual design through to detailed construction documentation (LOD 100 to LOD 500). Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and meet project specifications and standards.
• Coordination &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work with multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors) to integrate structural elements into coordinated BIM models and resolve clashes.
• Navisworks for Coordination:
  Use Navisworks for clash detection, model coordination, and 3D visualizations; identify issues early and propose solutions.
• 4D & 5D BIM Integration:
  Integrate 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) data into structural models; collaborate to reflect time and cost in the project lifecycle.
• COBie Data Preparation:
  Ensure COBie data is incorporated to support facility management and asset management requirements.
• Dynamo BIM Scripting & Automation:
  Utilize Dynamo BIM to automate tasks, improve workflows, and enhance model performance; develop scripts to support data exchange and automation.
• Quality Control & Model Integrity:
  Conduct regular quality checks and resolve inconsistencies or errors to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Project Documentation & Reporting:
  Prepare BIM-related documentation, including update logs, clash reports, coordination reports, and quality checklists; ensure timely deliverables to clients and stakeholders.
• BIM Execution Planning:
  Assist in developing and implementing BIM execution plans and ensuring team adherence to workflows and data exchange protocols.
• Continual Learning:
  Stay updated with BIM software trends and best practices; participate in training and development opportunities.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of experience with BIM in structural modeling; strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo BIM, and related BIM tools for structural design.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Revit (LOD 100–500), Navisworks (clash detection and coordination), COBie standards, Dynamo BIM for scripting, and experience with 4D/5D BIM integration.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field. BIM certifications are a plus.
• Skills &
  
  Competencies:
  
  Strong understanding of structural engineering concepts and BIM workflows; excellent communication and collaboration; ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail; proactive problem-solving for model coordination and conflict resolution.
• Additional/Preferred:
  Familiarity with Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, or other structural modeling tools; experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a plus.
