The Civil Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed civil and structural drawings for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) ADNOC projects, in compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and engineering best practices. The role involves close coordination with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality drawings and documentation.

• Prepare and develop detailed civil, structural, and architectural drawings for EPC oil & gas projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC and international standards.
• Convert conceptual designs and engineering calculations into precise 2D/3D CAD drawings.
• Draft GA (General Arrangement) drawings, reinforcement detailing, foundation layouts, grading plans, road layouts, and drainage systems.
• Update and revise drawings as per engineering markups, site instructions, and design changes.
• Ensure drawing accuracy, scale, dimensioning, and annotation per drafting standards.
• Maintain proper documentation, drawing registers, and revision control in line with project procedures.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, structural engineers, and other disciplines to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Support the preparation of as-built drawings for final project handover.
• Follow ADNOC HSE and quality guidelines during all drafting and documentation work.

• Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 5–8 years of drafting experience in EPC oil & gas projects, preferably in ADNOC or other GCC-based major clients.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Micro Station, and other drafting software.
• Knowledge of ADNOC standards, codes, and drafting practices.
• Familiarity with civil/structural design concepts and interpretation of engineering calculations.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and BOQ preparation.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver drawings as per project schedules.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with Navisworks / Revit for BIM coordination.
• Knowledge of ISO drawing standards and document control procedures.
• Previous ADNOC approval or experience on ADNOC projects will be an advantage.
