Key Role Assist Engineers in ensuring that the contractors work is meeting quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with contractors to verify and check the quality of work in the field.
- Assist the Engineer in the supervision of Contractor’s work in the field.
- Assist in the preparation of the observation report.
- Inspect the route documenting and reporting any encroachments on the ROW.
- Supervising all third party projects crossing the line ROW.
- Performing sand removal joint estimation.
- Respond immediately to line trip and supervise the emergency line patrolling.
- Supervising and performing ESDD & NSDD with the contractor to the line insulators and the test station insulators.
- Supervising the drone inspection on site.
- Perform safety checks.
