Associate Engineer/Field Maintenance; FFM

- Handle Fixed Network Operation & Maintenance activities including optical/electrical circuit Provision, Cessations, Re-routing & Network failures due to traffic & Hardware.
- Attends assigned major/non-routine tasks related to Core, Access & Fiber Network under supervision & guidance of seniors.
- To be able to use various types of test equipment to localize & rectify faults.
- Perform installation of fiber optic equipment and ODF patch panels.
- Experience in transmission & IP equipment’s including Cisco routers, switches, SDH,DWDM, firewall,…ect
- Attends and clears faults reported by NOC’s related transmission & Fiber network using analyzer, light source & Power meter.
- ODTR testing for locating FO cable faults and during cable outages.
- Support maintenance activities like acceptance testing (ATP, ACL etc.) of new FO Cables & network nodes.
- Experience - 7 Years
