Skills:

• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field required
• Extensive job experience in project management, specifially managing fit-out projects, with prior experience in theme parks or entertainment complexes peferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as is a detail-oriented approach with a keen sense of aesthetics and design implementation

Your contribution to our company

We are looking for an experienced Packager Manager - Theming who will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and quallity control of theming and fit-out packages for a large-scale theming park or entertainment park complex.

This role requires a blend of project management skills and a strong aesthetic understanding to ensure the implemented designs align with creative specifications

Key responsibilities::

• Lead the planning and execution of all theming and fit-out projects, ensure alignment with client specifications and industry standards
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to interpret design layouts and ensure their practical implementation on-site
• Coordinate and manage various contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and installation
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations and building codes
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, adapting to changes while minimizing impact on the overall project plan
• Proactively troubleshoot design or installlation challenges and develop and implement rish management strategies
• Maintain detailed documentation of progress, quality control, and safety compliance, and prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
