Specialist Engineer - Mechanical Construction; Offshore

Penspen is urgentlylookingto hire for Specialist Engineer - Mechanical Construction (Offshore) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

• The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Leadresponsible for leading mechanical construction activities offshore, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
• Provide expertise in the mechanical construction, installation, and commissioning of offshore mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely project delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor mechanical construction activities to meet project milestones.
• Oversee installation of static and rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, vessels, tanks, piping systems)
• Provide technical support for offshore wellhead towers, subsea pipelines, and cable routing
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, instrumentation, marine) to align construction activities

• Minimum 15+ years of offshore oil & gas experience, with at least 5 years in mechanical construction.
• Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Construction Background.
• Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
• Strong knowledge of offshore construction methods, mechanical systems, and safety standards.
• Ability to work in challenging offshore environments and extended rotations
