Fitout Project Engineer; Civil

Responsibilities

Overseeing
civil and architectural works
across all project phases, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

Reviewing and interpreting
shop drawings, material specifications, and construction details
.

Managing
site activities
, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.

Ensuring compliance with
design intent, safety regulations, and quality standards
throughout the project.

Monitoring project progress, reporting site issues, and supporting project planning and cost control efforts.

Bachelor’s Degree
in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience
in
high-end commercial or residential fit-out projects
within the UAE.

Strong knowledge of
finishing materials, site management, and construction methodologies
.

Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage site teams effectively.

Excellent
attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills
.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
