Civil Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, coordinating with consultants/contractors, ensuring project quality, and supporting project execution from planning to completion.

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain schedule and quality.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations.

• Review structural and architectural drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and technical submittals.
• Support the project manager in preparing method statements and work plans.
• Identify technical issues and provide solutions to prevent delays.

• Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures at site.
• Work closely with safety officers to enforce HSE standards.
• Inspect materials delivered to ensure they meet required specifications.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation including site drawings, logs, inspections, and approvals.
• Support in obtaining necessary NOCs, approvals, and inspections.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction or contracting projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Knowledge of UAE municipality regulations and construction standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management software.
• Strong understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
