• Minimum 15 years of proven design engineering experience in the Gulf region
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing complex projects
• Expertise in [relevant design engineering field, e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.]
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or related field
