Abu Dhabi (with occasional offshore visits)

Abu Dhabi:
Sunday to Thursday, 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
Offshore:
Daily, 06:30 AM – 06:30 PM

Single Status: 150/30 (company-provided single accommodation)
Family Status: 335/30 (subject to management approval after probation)
Salary: AED 18,000 – 22,000/month
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
MBA / PMP Certification (Advantageous)
Experience Requirements:
10+ years of relevant Mechanical experience
Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas industry at supervisory or managerial level
UAE Experience (3+ years preferred)
GCC Experience (3+ years preferred)
Industry Background:
Contractor, Construction, Commissioning, Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering activities related to gas turbine generators and compressors (installation, replacement, O&M)
Prepare bidding documents, evaluate bids, conduct meetings
Review engineering designs, drawings and supervise project execution
Conduct risk assessments and determine lifecycle of generator systems
Required Competencies:
FEED & EPC engineering experience
Expertise in gas turbine generator packages (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of compressor packages and rotating equipment
Understanding of mechanical, process, piping, and instrumentation systems
ADNOC project experience (Preferred)
Tendering and contracting experience
Prior experience with OEMs/vendors in generator or compressor engineering
