Senior Manager, Project Quality Assurance

Responsible for overseeing QA/QC activities for structural works in oil & gas projects, both at the office and on-site. Ensures all structural fabrication, welding, and installation activities meet project specifications and international standards.

• Perform QA/QC inspections for structural fabrication and site erection.
• Review drawings, material certificates, WPS/PQR, ITPs, and quality procedures.
• Monitor welding, fitting, assembly, and installation of structural components at site.
• Support office-based engineering reviews, technical evaluations, and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with oil & gas quality standards and client requirements.
• Review NCRs, follow up on corrective actions, and maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, vendors, and client representatives.
• Prepare inspection reports and support internal/external audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of QA/QC experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Strong expertise in structural, welding, fabrication, and site construction.
• Familiar with AWS, ASME, AISC, ISO standards.
• Experience working with EPC contractors or major oil & gas clients.
• Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
