An exciting opportunity exists within an international consultancy for a Senior Commissioning Engineer with a background in sustainable building projects, to join their expanding team in Abu Dhabi.

The role involves leading a commissioning team responsible for commissioning design reviews and verifying and coordinating the testing and commissioning of MEP systems for LEED-certified buildings. You will program, prepare and review method statements and lead commissioning meetings to resolve design issues. The successful candidate will own the commissioning team and contribute to the growth of the division through new business development and ensuring delivery of projects on time, within budget and to international standards.

• Lead and manage a commissioning team for design reviews and testing/commissioning of MEP systems on LEED-certified buildings.
• Program, prepare and review method statements.
• Lead commissioning meetings to resolve design issues and coordinate across disciplines.
• Own the commissioning function and contribute to divisional growth through new business development.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high international standards.

• Strong MEP commissioning background.
• LEED certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in client-facing roles, project management, and leadership.
