We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in the construction or maintenance of bridge projects
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing site activities, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of works in compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Supervise day-to-day site activities related to bridge construction and maintenance works.
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer, Consultants, and Contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor progress, ensure work is carried out as per schedule, and report any delays or technical issues.
• Ensure all site work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material consumption logs.
• Conduct inspections and assist in the preparation of inspection requests for completed work.
• Identify site challenges and propose effective solutions in consultation with the engineering team.
• Support in procurement planning, material tracking, and site logistics.
• Ensure effective communication with the workforce and provide technical guidance when needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 3 to 5 years of UAE-based experience in bridge construction or maintenance projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.

• Solid understanding of structural elements, construction methods, and site procedures.
• Familiarity with local construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of site management tools is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
