Job SummaryAs a Demand Planner
, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless alignment between sales, program management, engineering, and supply chain. You will consolidate demand, prepare monthly schedules in SAP, and coordinate projects with Supply Planning and Production to ensure on‑time deliveries and operational excellence.
- Prepare and circulate monthly demand plans and initiate downstream supply planning.
- Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts to meet customer requirements.
- Adapt and modify production plans in response to engineering changes or material shortages.
- Collaborate with Program, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure demand fulfillment.
- Maintain ERP/SAP system data accuracy for activity confirmations and material consumption.
- Develop demand forecasts at multiple aggregation levels and time horizons.
- Analyze supply‑demand gaps, risks, and opportunities, recommending optimization strategies.
- Track and report KPIs using system data and cross‑departmental inputs.
- 10–12 years of experience in demand planning and scheduling with strong expertise in SAP.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Advanced planning, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities; expertise in MRP/ERP systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferred: 5+ years of industry‑specific experience in defense or aerospace, with regional project planning expertise.
