Key Responsibilities- Apply Saipem HSE standards, client requirements, and local regulations on site.
- Develop and monitor HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments (HAZID, HAZOP, Job Safety Analysis).
- Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations; follow up on corrective actions.
- Promote HSE awareness through training, toolbox talks, and campaigns.
- Liaise with project teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
- Prepare HSE reports, KPIs, and maintain regulatory compliance.
