Réalis are currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on multiple projects across varying sectors and locations within the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within the UAE.
Commercial Contract Administration including re‑measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, monthly cost reports, variations, contractor claims, provisional sums, prime costs, nominated sub‑contractors, insurances and bonds management, and attendance of design and commercial meetings.
About You- Previous experience of FIDIC contracts preferred.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
- Minimum 5 years post‑degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
- Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure, etc.
- Must have consultant and/or client background for a minimum of 4 years.
- Knowledge of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
