Experienced project managers are required to lead Metro and Railways projects within the infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve timely completion and delivery within established parameters. Lead and oversee all construction activities related to Metro and Railways projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. Provide strategic guidance and technical support to project teams, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with contractual requirements.

Resolve technical issues, conflicts, and challenges that may arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to address concerns, provide project updates, and maintain positive relationships. Mentor and develop junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, professional accreditation or licensure as a Civil Engineer, and extensive hands-on experience as a Resident Engineer or similar role in Metro and Railways projects.
