• Ability to discover, analyze and resolve complex problems.
• Willingness to keep up with technological changes and continuously update skills and knowledge.
• Ability to work within a team and collaborate with different teams to achieve project goals.
• Design cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business needs and TDRA requirements.
• Implement and establish cloud infrastructure in collaboration with the Telecommunications & Digital Regulations Authority (TDRA).
• Manage cloud systems and services, ensuring their stability and continuous availability.
• Apply best security practices to ensure data and system protection.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory laws.
• Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work closely with development, support, and other technical teams to ensure cloud solutions align with business requirements.
• Prepare necessary documentation for cloud infrastructure and related processes.
• Prepare periodic reports on system status, performance, and compliance.
• Develop and implement backup and recovery plans to ensure work continuity.
• Prepare and update technical documentation for systems and procedures.
• Prepare periodic reports on performance, security, and usage.
