Construction Superintendent – Civil (Offshore site 6/3 Rotation)

Role Overview:
The construction superintendent will oversee offshore civil construction activities for a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation schedule. Responsibilities include managing on-site execution, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with engineering teams, and reporting progress to project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 17+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience with detailed engineering projects in Oil & Gas.
- Minimum 5+ years of offshore project experience.
- Experience with offshore island specifications.
- Experience in offshore construction/site activities.
- At least 5 years in a similar superintendent role for mega oil & gas FEED/EPC projects (>$1B).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
