Company: Bilfinger

Location: UAE (Al Ain)

• Conduct daily site HSE inspections and report findings in Active / Bilfinger reporting systems.
• Monitor high-risk activities including excavation, lifting operations, working at height, confined spaces, and hot works.
• Identify unsafe acts / conditions and initiate Stop Work Authority (SWA) when required.
• Support incident / near-miss reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Verify availability and correct use of PPE and safety equipment.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE inductions.
• Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, and subcontractors on HSE matters.
• Maintain proper HSE records, inspection checklists, and reports.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Safety, or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory); NEBOSH Diploma is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, or industrial projects.
• Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, ADOSH-SF, and international HSE standards.
• Familiarity with ISO / ISO frameworks.
• Strong site inspection and hazard identification skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HSE reporting tools is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
