Position SummaryOversee planning and scheduling for assembly and testing operations, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain master production schedules.
- Coordinate resource allocation across assembly and testing teams.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics for material availability.
- Implement planning tools and software for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning within aerospace (aerospace desirable not mandatory).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and planning software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
