Ensure successful project delivery by leading engineering teams, managing technical scope, controlling quality / cost / schedule, mitigating risks, and coordinating stakeholders (client, contractors), ultimately delivering the project on time, within budget, and to specified standards, acting as the main technical liaison for the client

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Typically requires 15 years in a project delivery environment
• Experience in mega EPC / EPCm project is required
• Previous experience with ADNOC Projects / PMC would be an advantage but not limitation
• Deep understanding of technical work scopes and commercial aspects of projects
• Able to use conditions of contract to support decisions on schedules, key milestones and change management
• Has good working and application knowledge of specifications and standards
• Extensive experience in delivering to internal customers, including other Engineering disciplines
• Familiar with change management practices and able to robustly manage change
• Has an expert knowledge of standards, procedures and work practices; follows project execution flow chart; developing skills in project and technical execution
• Expert ability in application of the procedures and work practices which define and govern Engineering Management and Project Engineering deliverables
• Able to lead Project Engineering team; able to manage between Engineering Discipline Groups
• Good communicator in leading work effort; motivates team; strong positive and active in solutions and proactive attitude
• Competent at managing technical matters and interfaces with Third Parties
• Able to manage and enhance performance and build effective team
