Senior Construction Engineer - E&I

Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Senior Construction Engineer - E&I for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

• The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

• Responsible for managing and supervising all electrical and instrumentation construction activities offshore, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project standards while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead and oversee E&I construction works offshore, ensuring safe execution, technical compliance, and timely delivery of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Ensure constructability reviews, risk assessments, and method statements are completed before execution.
• Oversee installation of instrumentation systems including sensors, transmitters, control valves, DCS / PLC systems, and fire & gas detection systems.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues during construction.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and mechanical / electrical completion checks.
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Ensure smooth handover of completed systems to operations with proper documentation.

• Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 3 to 5 years significant offshore E&I construction exposure.
• Strong knowledge of offshore electrical and instrumentation systems, construction methodologies, and safety standards.
• Preferred experience from PMC / EPC Mechanical Construction Background.
• Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
