Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Well Planning & Drilling to lead end-to-end well planning, drilling execution support, and performance optimization. The role involves close coordination with subsurface, drilling, and operations teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective well delivery.

• Lead well planning and design for vertical, deviated, and horizontal wells
• Prepare and optimize drilling programs
• Provide real‑time drilling support and performance monitoring
• Conduct post‑well analysis and document lessons learned
• Develop well integrity plans and risk mitigation strategies
• Support rig selection
  , tendering, and technical bid evaluations
• Ensure compliance with company standards, HSE, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10–15 years of drilling and well planning experience
• Strong knowledge of well design, drilling optimization, and integrity management
• Experience working with operators and/or drilling contractors
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and project management skills
