Job Description
- Promote HSE awareness and conduct inductions and training for new and current employees as per the annual HSE training plan.
- Monitor and update HSE statistics, maintain remote monitoring systems, and analyze data to support corporate HSE performance.
- Assist the HSE Manager in preparing monthly reports, analysis, training presentations, procedures, plans, and policies.
- Conduct workplace HSE inspections and compliance checks according to the annual inspection plan.
- Monitor and update HSE observations/incidents and CAPA tracking registers to ensure timely closure of all HSE actions.
- Schedule, organize, and conduct internal and external HSE training courses, maintaining records of attendance and feedback.
- Assist the HSE Manager during IMS internal/external audits by providing relevant evidence documents.
- Conduct IMS internal audits as per the annual plan and submit completed audit reports to the IMS Representative.
- Review and approve PTW documents submitted by contractors.

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
