Key Responsibilities      Plan and supervise maintenance activities for instrument and control systems to ensure reliable plant operations    Support operations and maintenance teams during equipment testing, troubleshooting, routine surveillance, and start-up activities    Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure seamless integration between operations and maintenance functions    Provide field-level technical support for critical maintenance activities to minimize downtime and restore equipment availability    Evaluate, allocate, and arrange manpower for preventive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance activities    Assess workload, backlog, and work plans and coordinate with relevant sections to ensure timely completion    Monitor and control availability of materials, spare parts, consumables, and tools to support uninterrupted maintenance execution    Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and unplanned shutdowns and recommend corrective actions    Provide inputs for upcoming major maintenance, system upgrades, and obsolescence management aligned with rolling business plans    Support development, implementation, and commissioning of new projects related to instrumentation and control systems    Participate in defining technical requirements, evaluating technical bids, and inspecting materials upon receipt    Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and ADNOC requirements    Ideal Profile      Bachelor degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent professional qualification    Minimum of 6 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering and maintenance within a large industrial organization    Prior experience in oil and gas or heavy industrial environments is preferred    Skills Set      Strong knowledge of plant instrumentation, control systems, and maintenance practices    Ability to manage maintenance teams, contractors, and multi-disciplinary coordination    Experience in troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and failure analysis    High awareness of HSE requirements, international standards, and ADNOC Codes of Practice    Why Join Us      Opportunity to work with a leading oil and energy organization in Abu Dhabi    Exposure to complex instrumentation and control systems across large-scale industrial plants    Competitive compensation and structured career growth within ADNOC Group    Contribution to safe, reliable, and efficient energy production    About the Company  ADNOC Group is a fully integrated oil and energy company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, operating across exploration, production, refining, and processing activities.
