We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor (Mechanical) to oversee mechanical installation activities on large-scale mega EPC projects in the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors. The role will be based onshore in Abu Dhabi, working on a program managed construction (PMC) project. The successful candidate will ensure project delivery in terms of quality, cost, safety and schedule, managing technical teams, contractors and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering – mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory position within oil & gas or petrochemical projects
• Proven experience in mechanical equipment (rotating & static) installation and management
• Previous work on ADNOC projects preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills
