Offshore Methods/Installation Engineer

ISS International Spa Abu Dhabi Brancv is seeking two (2) Offshore Methods / Installation Engineers with strong experience in Asset Engineering for Offshore Construction / Installation Vessels.
Key Responsibilities:The engineer will be part of the Asset Engineering Team responsible for the execution of the follow activities:
- Develop Conceptual, Basic and Detail engineering related to new vessel equipment and their up-grades
- Support to the ASSET function as it may be required for specific vessel maintenance activities and drydocks
- Involvement of HSE Engineering for scopes review, as needed.
- Technical Bid Evaluation.
- Technical support-follow up with vendors
- Technical support (Technical Manager) of Shipyards activities from engineering to works supervision related to new vessels/equip. and up-grades .
- For new and upgraded vessel, if required, Engineering Class Approval liaising with ABS, RINA, DNV.
- Extensive experience in Asset Engineering for offshore vessels
- University degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering
- Familiarity with structural analysis software (ANSYS, MSC NASTRAN, SACS, etc.)
- Familiar with Structural design main industry Codes, Standards and Design Guides (API, DNV and ISO).
- Familiar with supervision of steel construction works and offshore equipment maintenance
- Fluency in English
- One (1) Mid-Level Engineer: 3–5 years of experience
- One (1) Senior Engineer: 6–8 years of experience
