Job Objective

To lead all procurement activities within the PMC team for ADNOC projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project timelines, budget constraints, and contractual requirements. The role ensures strategic sourcing, contractor/vendor selection, and effective coordination between ADNOC, EPC contractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project procurement strategies aligned with ADNOC guidelines
• Prepare Procurement Plans, Vendor Lists, and long-lead item strategies
• Identify procurement risks and mitigation plans
• Support early engagement for critical and long-lead equipment
• Manage prequalification of vendors in line with ADNOC approved vendor lists (AVL)
• Oversee preparation of ITTs (Invitation to Tender), RFQs, and bid evaluation reports
• Lead technical and commercial bid clarifications
• Participate in contract negotiations and award recommendations
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Group Procurement Policies and ICV (In-Country Value) requirements
• Monitor EPC contractor procurement performance
• Ensure adherence to approved vendor lists and project specifications
• Manage supplier performance, expediting, and delivery schedules
