HVAC Supervisor

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Accountability Statement 1:
  Plans, directs and controls the activates of Snr. HVAC Technician/Technician and contracted personal including setting priorities, assigning task and checking completed work.
• Accountability Statement 2:
  Diagnoses, rectifies and troubleshoots all faults on Chiller, Package AC Unit, Screw compressor, Reciprocating Semi sealed compressor, mechanical rotating equipment, instrument equipment, PLC network, HVAC protecting electrical control panel & Fire damper.
• Accountability Statement 3:
  Supervises the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for all HVAC Equipment .Supervises the routine and occasional collection of operating parameters and check Daily log sheet/data. Monitors the performance of HVAC and reports on anomalies. Raises requests for spare parts of HVAC equipment and ensure that adequate levels of spare maintained.
• Provide technical support during implementation of HVAC project work. Reviews and comments or recommends on minor schemes, packages and modifications proposed by Engineering Division such as Installation, Upgrading and Revamp HVAC system.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s safety regulation/standards. Conduct group safety meetings for subordinates. Carries out self-auditing, planned inspection and critical items inventories.
• Accountability Statement 1:
  
  Determines maintenance work priority plant areas such as PGB &NGTP
• Accountability Statement 2:
  Ensure good housekeeping .control’s and administers the implementation of site waste management system including segregation, storage, raising waste advisory and chain of custody and dispatch of waste.
