Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of MEP systems in construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards while utilizing project management tools to track progress.
  • Coordinate with architects and structural engineers to integrate MEP systems into building designs, ensuring functionality and efficiency while adhering to project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor MEP installations and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage project budgets related to MEP systems, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures to maximize project profitability.

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure alignment on project goals and timely delivery of materials and services.
