SANAD is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven FP&A Specialist to support the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering valuable business insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of financial information. The role also contributes to ERP/BI system enhancements, process optimization initiatives, and audit readiness across the Finance function.
Key Responsibilities Budgeting & Forecasting- Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Consolidate departmental inputs, validate assumptions, and identify key variances.
- Ensure forecasts are accurate, timely, and aligned with corporate planning cycles.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and maintain financial models.
- Analyze key drivers of business performance, including revenue, costs, profitability, and margins.
- Conduct variance, trend, and sensitivity analyses to support management decision-making.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support operational and strategic planning.
- Develop financial models and performance metrics to evaluate business performance.
- Prepare accurate and timely management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and internal financial policies.
- Support audit requirements through reconciliations, analysis, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reviews.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial planning and reporting data within ERP and BI platforms.
- Support system enhancements, testing activities, reporting automation, and process improvements.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and reporting issues.
- Contribute to improving reporting capabilities and business intelligence solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Support automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure proper process documentation and maintain audit readiness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance function.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA is preferred or currently in progress.
- Strong understanding of financial planning principles, reporting standards, and IFRS.
- 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and BI systems such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, or Power BI.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in variance analysis, business performance reporting, and financial planning processes.
