We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Salon Cleaner to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal within our premium beauty and spa facility. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, welcoming, and spa‑like environment for clients and staff alike. The Salon Cleaner will be responsible for the daily cleaning, sanitization, and organization of treatment rooms, reception areas, restrooms, and shared spaces.

With strong interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will also interact courteously with clients and team members, contributing to a positive and professional service culture. This position plays a critical role in upholding our brand’s reputation for excellence in client experience and operational integrity.

• Perform thorough daily cleaning and sanitization of treatment rooms, massage tables, mirrors, equipment, and high‑touch surfaces using approved disinfectants and cleaning protocols.
• Empty and clean trash bins, replace liners, and maintain waste disposal systems in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Restock and organize cleaning supplies, towels, linens, and spa essentials in designated storage areas.
• Clean and disinfect salon equipment, including tools, chairs, and electronic devices, following infection control guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, reception desks, waiting areas, and common spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Report any maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Collaborate with spa and beauty professionals to ensure seamless service operations and readiness between client appointments.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with clients and staff, reflecting the brand’s commitment to excellence.

• 1–3 years of experience in cleaning or sanitation roles within a beauty, spa, or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a fast‑paced, client‑facing setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact respectfully and effectively with clients, guests, and team members.
• Knowledge of infection control practices and familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning schedules with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times.
