This is a full-time, on-site Hairdresser role based in Abu Dhabi. The Hairdresser will provide a range of hair services, including cutting, styling, and basic hair care treatments, tailored to client preferences and needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients, recommending suitable styles and treatments, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of tools and workstations, and ensuring all services follow safety and sanitation standards.

The role also involves managing appointment schedules, offering product and aftercare advice, and contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The Hairdresser will work closely with other team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service and support overall guest satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling and Hair Cutting skills, with the ability to work with diverse hair types and styles.
• Candidates should possess sound Hair Care knowledge, including proper techniques, product usage, and maintenance of healthy hair.
• Candidates should possess Cosmetology-related expertise, such as basic hair treatment practices and familiarity with industry standards and hygiene.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional, respectful approach to all clients.
• Relevant cosmetology or hairdressing certification or diploma is preferred.
• Previous experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
