Engage Behavioral Learning Abilitation Center, based in Abu Dhabi, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services that empower children and individuals to reach their full potential. Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 2 years of hands‑on practice as a BCBA. The successful candidate will conduct intakes, oversee ABA programs, supervise therapists, and ensure effective and ethical treatment outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intakes, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and skill assessments.
  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee program implementation and ensure consistency and quality of treatment.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and therapists.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client success.
  • Maintain ethical standards and comply with BACB guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience practicing as a BCBA.
  • Strong skills in conducting assessments and intakes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and individuals with developmental needs.
