Sonographer

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures in our state-of-the-art medical facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sonography, excellent patient care skills, and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely diagnostic information.

• Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular, and small parts imaging.
• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and answering any questions to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Analyze and interpret ultrasound data to provide accurate and comprehensive diagnostic information.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare team members to discuss findings and determine the best course of action.
• Maintain patient records and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with advancements in the field.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Medical Imaging, Radiography, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid DHA/HAAD/MOH license to practice as a Sonographer in Abu Dhabi.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sonographer.
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of ultrasound procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high standards of patient care.

• Certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent.
• Experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
