Pharmacist job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical services to customers, including dispensing and explaining medications, and providing advice on their use. The position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. We welcome applications from candidates with minimal work experience.

Responsibilities:

Dispense medications as needed and as per prescription orders

Provide advice on the proper use of medications

Ensure that all prescriptions are accurately filled with the correct medication and dosage

Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations

Maintain records of all medications dispensed

Educate patients on the safe use of their medications

Answer patient questions about side effects, interactions, dosages, etc.

Keep up to date on pharmaceutical developments and new drugs available

Compound medication when necessary according to specific formulas or instructions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related field

License to practice pharmacy in Abu Dhabi or other emirates preferred but not required

Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Knowledge of pharmacotherapy processes and terminology

Ability to pay attention to detail and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent customer service skills
