• Develop and Maintain QMS:
  Create and sustain quality management systems (QMS) that adhere to regulatory requirements for healthcare facilities.
• Conduct Internal Audits:
  Perform regular internal audits to evaluate compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
  Work closely with teams to update policies, protocols, and guidelines related to patient care and safety.
• Monitor Performance Metrics:
  Analyze KPIs, quality metrics, and patient feedback data to drive performance excellence.
• Lead Accreditation Processes:
  Lead or participate in external audits and accreditation processes to ensure readiness and successful outcomes.
