At Florence Home Healthcare Services Center LLC, we are dedicated to providing top-notch physiotherapy services to our community. Our team is passionate about helping patients recover and thrive, and we’re looking for a motivated Case Coordinator/Patient Coordinator to join us in this mission.

As a Case Coordinator/Patient Coordinator, you will play a key role in bringing new patients to our physiotherapy services. You will be responsible for marketing our services to various facilities and identifying patients in need of physiotherapy. This position is commission-based, offering you the opportunity to earn based on the number of patients you refer.

• Market our physiotherapy services to local healthcare facilities and organizations.
• Identify and connect with potential patients who may benefit from physiotherapy.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate the onboarding process for new patients.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.
• Provide information about our services and answer any patient inquiries.
• Track referrals and follow up to ensure patient satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a healthcare, marketing, or patient coordination role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Knowledge of physiotherapy services is a plus, but not required.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to earn through commissions.
