The AI/ML Digital Solution Architect is responsible for architecting AI/ML solutions and supporting the analytical implementation for the production of Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and other domains. The individual owns AI/ML business outcomes and implementation strategy while supporting Digital Enterprise Business Unit/ Solution Division in developing differentiation in a high-growth environment in the YMA region.

• Perform high level technical analysis leveraging AI/ML technology; gather and perform gap analysis and explore AI/ML solutions to resolve customers’ problems.
• Advise on suitable AI/ML solutions and provide overall business portfolio management, design and demo functions.
• Identify business cases, provide implementation support and drive proliferation of AI applications in the assigned industry/application.
• Ensure client expectations are understood and met using AI/ML.
• Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables in collaboration with the delivery team.
• Apply AI best practice approaches and methods as appropriate.
• Engage with customers in assigned technical areas to develop AI-enabled solutions that resolve process problems and grow the business.
• Support SM/DX training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting AI-related training programs.
• Prepare reports for clients and define solution architectures with detailed design specifications.
• Define functional requirements through client interviews, documentation analysis and workflow process mapping; knowledge of SIRI Assessment is an advantage.
• Estimate technical effort for implementing complex AI solutions.
• Manage technical deliverables throughout the lifecycle of solution development projects.
• Participate as part of a technical project team and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactively engage with customers to define the overall technical approach for AI implementation with simulation or Digital Twin.
• Assist existing customers in problem resolution and identify future opportunities; provide Sure Service support under contract.
• Interact with sales personnel to secure orders.

• Bachelor’s Eng./Computer Science or minimum 6 years’ experience in AI-based software development, engineering and sales.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience designing or implementing AI/ML applications; knowledge of AI for control is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with emphasis on solution development.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the YMA / YIL / YEF regions.

• Good communication skills, team player with ability to energize others.
• Knowledge of Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals or related domains is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IIoT integration concepts.
• Awareness of latest market trends.
• Tough and persistent negotiation skills.

• AI-related software analysis, design, methodology and architecture.
• Experience with Machine Learning technologies, data collection, historian applications (OSI PI a plus), visualization, quality/efficiency in manufacturing, SCADA, automated decision control, workflow, databases and scheduling.
• Basic knowledge of R and Python; AI/machine learning is an added value.
• Basic knowledge of big data analysis and cloud computing.
• Ability to anticipate changes and support company-wide programs and initiatives.
