3i Infotech is hiring a L1 Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer to join its dynamic IT operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is crucial for ensuring the health, performance, and reliability of critical infrastructure systems in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

• Monitor uptime and health of data center equipment and services
• Track performance of servers, storage, virtualization, and HCI systems
• Monitor CPU, memory, disk, and service utilization across platforms
• Ensure availability of internal and external services and URLs
• Oversee backup, replication, and patching activities
• Monitor security services including antivirus, EDR, IPS
• Handle network device monitoring – switches, routers, firewalls, and links

• 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system monitoring
• Familiarity with data center environments and enterprise IT systems
• Basic understanding of virtualization, storage, and network components
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in shifts and respond to alerts promptly
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Immediate to 30-day notice period availability

• Experience with monitoring tools like Solar Winds, Nagios, or Zabbix
• Exposure to HCI platforms (e.g., Nutanix, VMware vSAN)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management
• Familiarity with cybersecurity monitoring tools
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Power Shell, Bash)
