We are seeking a dynamic Arabic-speaking E-commerce Marketing Specialist to lead the growth of our online sales through innovative digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer experience, increasing brand visibility, and optimizing performance across e-commerce platforms. This role will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with the company’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Revenue Growth: Plan and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns to boost online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Campaign Management: Design and manage PPC, social media, SEO, and email marketing campaigns tailored for Arabic and English-speaking audiences.
- Product Listings & Optimization: Ensure accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized product listings across all online channels.
- Brand Visibility & Awareness: Manage influencer partnerships, paid media, and social campaigns to improve brand recognition in Arabic-speaking markets.
- Customer Journey Enhancement: Continuously improve the e-commerce user journey to maximize conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to monitor performance, extract insights, and optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Promotions & Product Launches: Coordinate the planning and execution of online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Customer Engagement: Leverage market trends and customer insights to enhance engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to digital marketing standards and e-commerce platform policies to uphold brand integrity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sectors. Proven success in managing Arabic and English digital campaigns across PPC, SEO, email, and social media. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, digital analytics, and CMS tools.
- Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Deep understanding of Middle Eastern consumer behavior and online shopping trends. Strong attention to detail in managing product listings, pricing, and promotions. Ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement. Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
