- Minimum 10+ years of experience working in a large Analytics or BI function in a financial services organization.
- Typically, 3 or more years of relevant team leading experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating intricate dashboards and reports.
- Expertise in SQL for complex querying, data manipulation, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) for scalable and efficient data processing.
- Proficiency in SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
